Will my XXX work with the Dana Dolly Integration kit?

We really don't know and can't make that call without having one in our hands.  

First things first - the Official Dana Dolly is a great piece of kit.  If you are looking to save a couple of bucks and buy a knockoff that looks exactly like the Dana Dolly, we think you are skimping in the wrong areas and should buy official.  

There are lots of Skate Dolly systems that have carved their own niche and you are welcome to modify a Dana Dolly integration kit any way you choose.  It is unlikely that the bolt hole patterns and end mounting clips will drop into other sliders without modification, so be prepared for some rigging!

The Dana Dolly Integration kit is simple with a motor pod attached to the dolly and then two belt clips that attach to the ends.  The belt is fixed the carriage "climbs" the belts. Our kit is designed to mount tool-less to the Dana Dolly with easy and accurate alignment. When complete the belt is straight when looking from the front of the rig (belt is perfectly level) and when looking from top down the belt is perfectly straight.

If there are any elevation changes or the belt isn't straight it affects the motion and quickly the belt will de-tention and potentially stretch.  Check out this article on Dana Dolly Belt Setup to learn more about what you are looking for with any modified design.
