My package is delayed, is everything okay?

If your package is taking a couple days longer to arrive than estimated, no need to panic just yet. Although it is rare, we have seen packages get stuck in customs anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks. Typically this is the case. In this situation, if you'd like you can file a claim with your local post office. This may help speed things along. 

Unfortunately, shipping delays are not something we have control over. Once the package leaves our doors, it becomes the carrier's responsibility. 

If the package has been missing for over 3 weeks, we will file a claim on our end. That being said, we do not expect it will come to this. USPS, UPS, and DHL are typically fast and have not lost any of our packages to date.
