Our support system can handle small to medium sized files as attachments, but we are limited in the size to about 7MB. This isn't nearly enough for video. If you need to share a large file please do the following:
Step 1: - know your ticket number. Its a 5 digit ticket number and is typically referenced in all email communication.
Step 2 - go to https://emotimo.wetransfer.com/transfers . Add your files you want to transfer.
Step 3 - In the message field enter your 5 digit ticket number. Select the radio button of Send as "Link"
Step 4 - Select Transfer - it will take some time based on file size and your connection.
Step 5 - copy the link it creates and update your help ticket with this copied text so we know where to find it.
