Sharing files with eMotimo Support

Our support system can handle small to medium sized files as attachments, but we are limited in the size to about 7MB.  This isn't nearly enough for video.  If you need to share a large file please do the following: 

Step 1: - know your ticket number.  Its a 5 digit ticket number and is typically referenced in all email communication.

Step 2  - go to https://emotimo.wetransfer.com/  Add your files you want to transfer.

Step 3 - Enter your email Address.  In the message field enter your 5 digit ticket number.  

Step 4 - Select Transfer - it will take some time based on file size and your connection.
