With the PTZ Fly you need to assign buttons to control the 4th Axis through the Skaarhoj online Configuration Tool. This is because there are only 3 analog controls.
The Skaarhoj default configurations on the PTZFly do not currently map control of our M4 motor port, but you can add this!
You can pick and choose the buttons where this would logically sit, but button 4 and 5 is a logical placement of this functionality. Another way of thinking of this is this is just to the left of the very important navigation button (button 6).
The function to add to the button is this - eMotimo ST4: M3/M4
From the dropdown, select M4 Neg for the left button (Button 4) M4 Pos for the right button (Button 5) You may optionally add limits to the speed if you choose.
When uploaded to the controller, this will now enable jogging of the M4 motor port.
While the jog signal is binary, the movement of the ST4's 4th axis will ramp and adhere to the accelerations defined in the live profile that you are using. This allows you to easily position your rig easily.
