Power Up Spectrum Studio

Battery power

Slide and lock a charged V Mount or Gold Mount battery (depending on your selected model) to the battery plate on the Spectrum Studio, it will automatically power on.

Wall power

Plug the included 24V wall adapter into an outlet and plug the 2.1mm barrel plug into the Spectrum Studio, it will automatically power on.

Getting Started with the Wireless Remote

Every Spectrum Studio ships pre-paired with the included wireless remote.

Connect Your Remote

1. Power on Spectrum Studio (battery or power adapter)
2. Press the center “PS” button

The LED will:

• Blink while connecting (up to 20 seconds)
• Turn solid blue when paired

✅ You’re connected when:

• The LED is solid blue and the Studio responds

Bluetooth Dongle

This small rectangular piece above the power port is the Bluetooth dongle.

• Required for remote connection
• Leave it plugged in at all times

Controller Overview

Controls:

• D-Pad → Menu navigation
• Left Joystick → Slide (M3)
• Right Joystick → Pan & Tilt
• X Button → Select
• L2 / R2 → M4 (focus/accessory)

Navigating the Interface

On startup:

• Splash screen → Main menu

Controls:

• D-Pad Up/Down → Navigate
• X → Select
• D-Pad Left → Back
